This policy applies to the DeepBean corporate website at deepbean.pages.dev, operated by DEEPBEAN LIMITED. Each separate product is governed by the privacy policy and functionality provided within that product.
The website provides company and product information without requiring registration or personal-data submission. Hosting services may process technical logs, such as IP address, browser details, request time and requested path, to deliver and secure the site. If you email us, we receive your address, name and message content.
Information is used to answer enquiries, handle service and privacy requests, operate the site and meet applicable obligations. The site saves language and motion preferences locally in your browser. It does not install advertising trackers or behavioral analytics. Clearing site data removes these preferences.
The website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages and our contact mailbox uses Gmail. These providers may process technical logs or communications outside Hong Kong. Information is shared with necessary providers for the purposes above; we do not sell personal data.
Business correspondence is retained as needed to handle enquiries, perform contracts and meet applicable record obligations, then deleted or anonymized. We use access controls and safeguards appropriate to the processing risks. Please avoid sending unnecessary sensitive data by ordinary email.
You can email wyonliu@gmail.com to request access, correction or deletion, or to withdraw consent where processing is based on it. After verifying identity, we handle requests under applicable rules and explain any retention required for contractual or legal records.
