This page describes refund principles for DeepBean enterprise technical services and paid services directly provided by the company. The corporate website has no payment function. Free test products do not generate refundable payments.
Cancellation, milestone acceptance and refunds for enterprise projects follow the confirmed quotation and contract. Before work starts, cancellation is assessed against actual, explainable costs incurred. After work starts, the calculation considers completed, verifiable work and the unperformed portion; undelivered work is not automatically non-refundable.
Contact us promptly about duplicate charges, incorrect amounts or service not supplied as agreed. Once verified, we will correct the error and provide the appropriate refund or completion under the contract and applicable rules.
Future paid products will display prices, duration, scope and refund terms before purchase. Where a product has separate terms, the terms shown and applicable at purchase govern, without limiting rights under applicable law.
Email wyonliu@gmail.com with your order or contract reference, payment date, amount and description of the issue. Do not send full card numbers or account passwords. After verification, we will confirm the resolution. Refunds normally go to the original payment method, with timing dependent on the payment provider.
